Tariffs
The Bach and Studio are let separately. Priority given to the Bach with the studio being available if more than six people make a booking.
The tenant has exclusive use of the property for their stay. The Studio can be let separately only if the Bach has not been booked and the Studio used within 20 days of booking. Unlike letting the bach, when tenanting the Studio exclusive use of the property is not guaranteed.
Provisions can be obtained at Whangarei, Ngunguru and Tutukaka or by arrangement. There is a non smoking policy on the property and no dogs or pets are allowed.
The Bach
OCTOBER - APRIL : NZ$400.00 per night
MAY - SEPTEMBER : NZ$300.00 per night
Extra NZ$50.00 per person over 2 people to 6 max.
The Studio
OCTOBER - APRIL : NZ$250.00 per night
MAY - SEPTEMBER : NZ$150.00 per night
Extra NZ$25 per person over 2 people to 4 max.
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Payment of 50% deposit on booking, balance required within 14 days of commencement of holiday. No refund policy.
Credit Card Security Bond
We reserve the right to hold credit card details on file as security bond in the unlikely event of damage or similar to cover cost of excess insurance. Also cost incured for any telephone toll charges.
