Both studio’s are let separately. Provisions can be obtained at Whangarei or nearby Ngunguru and Tutukaka.There is a non smoking policy on the property and no dogs or pets are allowed.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Payment of 50% deposit on booking, balance required  28 days before commencement of holiday.

The Upstairs Studio can be rented permanently in the low season with the rent negotiable.
